its getting sold.
had the car for 4 years now. bought it 2 years old.
time to get something newer. Im starting to make alot of new friends and its tough getting everyone to go out with 4 cars.

Around here there r no Xtreme Blaxers or Xtreme S-10s.
i need something bigger cause i plan on having a family REAL soon, so i need the room.
Ill get another celica later down the road, but for now i need to settle down and consentrate on more important things going on in my life now.

as soon as i get my friend on the ball the celica will be on Ebay.

Jared, you car has been a symbol for an incredible and almost unobtainable goal for me for the short time I've been with the community. Thanks for the inspiration and I hope one day my car will measure up to yours. Good luck, I'm sure you won't have any problems selling it.

if u want a price list of what i have in the car, pm me and ill send u a price list so u can compare the total cost and what i want for the car.

pretty reasonable if ya ask me.

umm, what exactly is with the thing that sits in the middle?
11K that's a lot of money for a car at that age and miles.
if you looking for 5-7K than that is possible.

I think it's worth that much, I just dont have the money for it. 5-7k is an embarassment

sits in the middle??

the car books for $11k on NADA.
thats stock pricing.
i been looking on autotrader and 99 celicas go for around $12k with 60k-70k miles.
if a stock celica is worth $12k, my celica is worth $11k

I think the question was - the box that is in the pics tht is sitting on top of your center console - what is it?

And as much as NADA says what cars are worth, used car pricing has dropped 10% minimum off those prices because of economic and "employee pricing" factors. So to the person who knows how much work goes into the mods for this car, yes it's worth it. For someone looking to buy thier kid a car for college, or a kid buying one - it may not be - especially since to get a loan, you have to provide collateral. At least enough collateral over the life of the loan for the creditor to get their money back in case of default - and right now that going price for a 99 (because I have one) is only in the 9000s - it's sad but true.

that being said - send me more info - a trade up might be in my future smile.gif
