Does the intake sound real nice? Also what's teh diff between cold air and ram air?

cold air gives engine cold air which is good, short ram gives warm air...i didnt notice much difference in throttle response, cold air gives it a deep wroooooom and short ram goes wrooom. the short ram looks nicer i think, nice blue finish. comes with the k&n filter too. used for under a year but kept in excellent condition.

yes it is, this will fit 2.25" piping, the same size as the injens.
