So im driving back from the tanning salon on the freeway. I get over in the carpool lane (its a free lane after 7pm) a black honda rolls up behind me. I let him linger there for a bit then i move out of the way. he downshifts and goes past and puts his flashers on and im like OH HELL NO!! so i go chase him. I hit 70 then 80 then 90 then 100 and im like I really cant be speeding so i slow down then im like F it and i go at it again...cant ever catch him so i know its an SI. He gets off so i follow i get next to him and he rolls down his window and im like "You cant flash ur hazards when there was no race involved" and hes like "Do you know what this is and what you have" and im like "you got an SI" and hes like "exactly. u got like 130 hp" and i start to say something and he takes off with his honda exhaust.
Ok so i dont hate honda drivers its more i hate cocky drivers like that. God i wish i had the supra i would have taken him and been like WHAT NOW! I hate how he was like do you know what this is...that made me so mad cuz he said it like his car was a god and i should bow down! Is flashing hazards like, an insult, why get so upset? Being that proud of an SI is sooooooo 1999, and I Love over-confident B16 drivers.

My car just cant handle in hot weather. when it was cooler, there was this honda meet down the road and all these si/hatchbacks and integras were driving in a line. i was turning out of a gas station and saw them. i saw an opening in their line and went for it. i hit the gas and my tires sqealed and i jumped in them then when the extra lane opened up i flew past them. it was pretty funny they just couldnt stop staring at me with dumb looks on their faces. damn my car can be so slow then so fast at times, just like when it was turbocharged. so odd.

it's time for upgrades lol.. get a swap or turbo charge it... next you see him... let him go ahead of you and do the flashing thingy again lol..... he's like a car space away from you.. next thing he knows.. you go PSSSSSSSSHHHHH right past him... then wait for him to catch up. look at him and say, you drive a POS, eat boost B*tch~ and go PSSHHH away from him again lol...

Yeah and yell turbo boost while you're making the PSSHHHH noise. My dad did that in his Thunderbird turbo.

ok im a honduh owner, but im not a jerk like that plus i can back it up.
But i knwo what you are talking about. like 2 days ago i was in traffic on a 4 lane road and this guy in a SI, is in front of me. Another guy in like a stock 626(mazada), comes up next to us and revs his engine and the SI revs back. Im like what idiots we are in traffic, but the both luanch and squeel there tires for a half sec and stop. They both rev again, im liek forget this rev back the BOV goes off, and needless to say they stopped...it was fun |

It started with street races that took place on empty or closed roads, since most people aren't stupid enough to stand at the end of the strip the driver that came in first would flash their hazards so everyone at the starting line could see that they won.
During "fun runs" people flash hazards also, but that is to let the rest of the pack know who is the lead car so they won't get passed other than that the only reason to flash hazards on the highway is to show people you just f***ed your car up. Also hazards can mean FOLLOW ME if ur in a group traveling on roads to a meet up spot for races.
