does anyone know where you can buy c-one products
or at least see everything in english, i think if i can afford it i want to make a very large order, they have a ton for the gt-4 celica

i hadcompletely forgot about them.
i have been taliking to roo, and he can get any c-one part or at least all the ones i asked for which was alot, the prices are ok, so we'll see how long it would take to get in

bulletproof's able to get lotsa stuff.... i order my Jspeed front strut brace in Oct'04 and till today i still haven't got it... you think bout that. Ben the owner of bulletproof told me he'll give me the braces for free if it doesn't arrive by the 13th of this month so we'll see what happens.

ok well i just takke to roo, and he said that j-speed mixed up your order and sent side braces so they had to re-order

the only thing i am going to need within the next 4-6 weeks is the coilovers and engine mounts

right, the mixed it up,that's what they said. they said jspeed send side braces instead of front, they reorder it, waited for afew shipments, said that i was lost, i waited , said they would reorder it again and thus here i am, still waiting.. i dunno... maybe it's bad luck, maybe it's not... i dunno..

well i'm not saying they are fast, roo said they don't lie about shipping times either, they do't garentee fast deliver. i mean you know the whole thing from F & F how they order stuff over night from japan but here in the real world its different. and i'm not saying it should take this long but mistakes and mishaps do happen.

Roo said regualar ocean frieght takes 6-12 weeks

you can pay extra for air frieght and it usually takes 2-4 weeks, both depend on availablity, weather and so on.

so it may take a while, it may only take a couple weeks, either way there's not much alternative.

i'm not saying that they are lying bout shipping dates... i know it's unpredictable but afew months behind... that's not right.. i mean, if they found out they lost it the first time, they should be getting Jspeed to air freight it to them and next day to the customer.. that's what you call respondsibility. not just let your customer wait and wait and still wait. i mean i've paid for it since last Oct. they charged my card right away.. so they should be getting the customer the products they purchased at their policy time frame no matter how they get it. i've waited including this month 8 months now. their policy's time frame's 3-4mths. honestly.. would you be pissed if you were me.

oh no don't get me wrong, i would def be pissed, i'm not saying you shouldn't be, nor that you said they lied about shipping times, thats just waht roo said to me. but i do think you happen to have a rare situation, or else if this happened all the time they wouldh vae no buisness.

and to tell you the truth i realy don't know what respondsibility is anyway

LOL j/k i know what you mean, but hey at least you may get it free, it like putting money in somebodys bank for 8 months and getting a free part, i'ld do it if i could, but yeah i really don't have much of a choice other than to get it through them, so i am going to have to take my chances, and hopefully i won't have to wait as long as you did.

yea no problem man. i'm not taking as you're on their side or anything, roo's working there so that's his job to say things to convince the customer. but i think they need better customer service and management. it's the 9th today and 4 more days till i call them again. hope to get some good news.. cause i have a feeling if they don't have it then, i wouldn't be getting my money or the free strut brace. good luck with your order with them.
