 clicking noise for the engine!!, got any clue what it is?? |

well after boosting 10lbs one night i started to hear this clicking noise coming from the engine. any ideas what it is...im have no clue what it is..its not the fan hitting anything,or the turbo..have no clue its not the engine(i think) either it only happens when i drive the car..reving and everthing fine. help

if it only happens when ure driving around, it might be not be ur engine, maybe cv joint.. does it happen when u turn?

When is it... revving, when boost is on/off/between, etc?
My bearings all need replaced, main, rods, etc... I have a bit of rod knock.. A friend/racer/mechanic suggested this, and reasoned it because when horsepower goes up, pressure goes up, but the bearings are still the same.. -------------------- If anyone needs interior stuff, etc, I'm parting whats left of my celi out. Just ask.

no it only happens when i drive..it doesn't happen when i turn corners or boost..it cant be my cv i cheked them there all good.

weak vlave spring? and when u boost it starts to float so u dont hear it?
