macavely if you are serious about the 2006 Civic Si let me know. I'm an internet sales manager for Honda. when it comes out I'll see if I can get you a deal on it. nothing is set in stone as far as pricing is concern as of yet.

Nice choice on the SI, get the EPB color.

Toyota is going where the market is going, they are going for hybrids and fuel economy cars.

My 2001 Accord Coupe has been quite the nice little car fully loaded but the v6 sadley but ive drove a coupe with the v6 and pretty damm quick. Good luck with the car quest.

its not going to be that great of shape with some milage and most likely the first year they came out ^^^ bad idea and the is300 first 2 years doesnt have that great an interior and is lacking. most of the drivers frown upon the early models and vouch for a 2k3 or higher.

how do you figure. changes in the IS300 where minimal from year to year. things like cup holders and other small things like that. the biggest change was the option of the manual transmission in 2002. the 2003 and up you can get full leather interior but most of the enth. like the seude/leather seats better. you don't slide around while cornering. mileage shouldn't be a problem if you spend a little time to look around for one. what else is "lacking" from the earlier models? I've had an IS300 and am very familer with the car.

it's been a while. i hope you are doing well. sorry about that, just throwing out ideas for you. the new Civic will be a great car. i'll let you know when it's offically coming out when Honda gives us a release date. they're pretty tight lipped about release dates. it should be probably in Sept or Oct. because all the dealers are low on Civics right now.
