I have a used Venom 400 Performance Control Unit for sale, I had it on the car for a couple of months, but ended up no longer needing it. Unit was in good working condition before being uninstalled, most paperwork is gone but I have the original box and all necessary components for proper installation. I will accept best offer given! If you are interested please e-mail me at EFK19@aol.com and let me know, thank you!

Again this will only work with 95-98 2.2L 5SFE [A/T] **NOT SURE ABOUT M/T** Contact Venom Performance for more info!

If you would like to know more about the Venom400 click here.
PART# V40-137

Well...everyone you ask will say something different, but out of all honesty I think overall yes it does. If you want to know exactly what the unit does you can visit Venom's website for detailed info. You definetly won't get such gains as you would from an actual ECU or PCM upgarde, but when activated you can feel or tell a difference between the unit being activated and not!

It did consume a small % more of gas but this typically only occurs when the unit is in activation mode, and normal fuel consumption returns once normal driving conditions are continued.

Is there a reason why it won't work on a 94 that you know? I thought the engines were the same till 96.
EDIT: I'm interested if it can work on my 94. I see by your post that it most likely won't though.

This particular unit won't work with your 94' without it being re-programmed by Venom. The 400 for 95-98 is a V40-137 and for your 94 it is V40-147. I think Venom charges about $50 to re-program units.
