do we think that these new 82mm cast 7afe pistons could handle up to 15psi?

come on conesex

it even says "CAST 7afe pistons" in my question
i know forged is prefered but that means custom and hrmm

i was thinking new pistons plus a 1mm headgasket(at the thickest) should be good...cause stock cr is 9.5:1 which is fine for boosting but if i dropped it by about 1 to 8.5:1 cr then i'd be happy

lmao, woops
see how much i skim

i dont know the 7a-fe engine and what it's capable of.
The Corolla guys have done a lot w/ it i've heard, but again...i dont know.

If the stock pistons really can't take it according to them, then i'd ask about these, but one thing i have learned is you get what you pay for.

you should set a hp goal, not a psi one.

im no 7a expert, but i would think 50$ pistons would porbably not really out last the stock ones.

They're just generic overbored pistons...
