How/where did you meet your "other" Options

Like it says, How/Where did you meet your boyfriend girlfriend wife. you get it. Just curiouse where people meet each other or a proper or nice way to get phone numbers or ask girls out without seeming like a typical guy.

Iv only had one real relationship and i met her through a friend cause they worked togetaher. and a girl i just met which is now i know going no, is a friends sister. but now none of my friends have many girls or what not so i dont meet to many girls. I think its A: that Im shy, and i also dont get the subtle hints girls give out. Liek Im told I have a great personality and Im told im hot all the time, Im not like stuck up or concided or anything, so i dont know how people picture me.

So without me getting off topic, how did you meet your other what was the first thought, and are first impressions really that big of a deal?

wal-mart.. lol well actually a friend used to go to her school and i was sick of local drama and he said well here's the only girl you will like from there and gave me her email addy and of course she wasn't interested but was in town one day and we met up at wal mart.. took me 2 months to get her # and lik 4-5 for us to start dating....

met my fiance at the pool while we were in high school, i was dating her best friend at the time but saw her and went WHOA. Wow that was like 4 years ago lol

auto trader, i put search for black , manual and within 50 miles and BAM, one there waiting for me in montclair...

oh you mean gf lol...reallly really long story, but ive known here since i was a kid

yes first impressions are a big deal. I almost didnt meet him cuz the previous night he sent me a picture spur of the moment and it wasnt so good but then he sent me one just as he was leaving his house and i was like DAMN so i went out and met him and he was dressed very nicely and was a complete gentleman (whats sweeter than a guy bringing a napkin to the park to wipe off the swings cuz it had rained earlier) awwww!

she was my best friends G/F. I liked her for about 3-4 years.
i always picked her up on her lunch break for food.
he had a friend of his call her at work and break up with her.
i had just dropped her off at work when she called me in tears.
i went back and "was there" for her.
after that we hung out more. one night i asked her to go out with me B4 she and some of her G/Fs went out of town to a club.
she said yes.
then 20 minutes later she was back saying she wanted to cruise with me instead of going to teh club.

saw her at work, called mah friend that nite and she happened to be with her. ( i had no idea they knew each other) i talked to her on the phone for awhile, and wham... here we are 3 yrs later .....oh ya and the friend that i called hasnt spoken to me since cuz she was apparently very upset that i ended up hookin up with her friend. lol

Picked her out of a yearbook thing after hearing about her from a friend, then just AIMd the fool.

I worked with my boyfriend...

But the neat thing about it was that he had been crushing on me basically three years before we hooked up. Before we hooked up, he worked with my older sister, and she told him one day "My litle sister is gona come in for an interview today" and he didnt really care at first because he didnt know it was me, but when I walked into the doors for my interveiw, he just blew up inside (thats what he told me) and hoped so much that Id get the job....

I ended up geting the job, and the more we worked togther the more we became friends. The poeple we worked with saw that we liked each other, beause we would always drift towards each other in work, and glance at each other from across the room... Then one day... My manager convinced me to ask him out, because he was too shy to ask me, so I went up to him and asked him out...

and 6 months later, we're still together

ummm msn thru friends that took 2 months for me to even ask her out on a date... went to the mall and watched a movie ... yeah i know thats a big no no but seriously i couldnt have had a conversation w/ the girl neways so i think it was well with in the standards.... that was 3 months ago... now i know sign language very well and we talk alot... i miss her tho she's been in DC for 2 weeks :'(

well my frist real one.. i got out of school one day and walked over to my dads shop.... and she was just there sitting in the front .. i couldn't stop looking.. i never seen somethign so beautiful ... i looked at her.. and she knew i was looking at her... i walked over and said wow your beautiful .. as i passed my hand over her back... i bit my bottome lip as i pulled open the door and popped the hood.. i then checked out the engine bay wow she was clean ... i looked at my dad and said i want her... he said ok.. once i fixt the grear box.... a week later.. i had an audi A4 ..

I totally didn't see that part. I met Thomas officially on February 18th. I went to his house to hang out and watch movies. I thought he was gorgeous, funny, smart, etc.. but I was involved.

First impressions are a huge deal.
