the car had been lowered around 1.25 back and 1.25 front but the front spring collapsed to around 1.75 (are being replaced, thanx to a friend called warranty)

anyways

since ive replaced the back springs with around a 2 inch drop ive been feeling the paint lines off the road through my seat mad.gif

im thinking maybe the shocks are screwed (they have been driven on for 190,000 km)

advice - much appreciated

I have sportlines which is a 1.5 rated drop, I think lower. With gr-2's and there great, not to stiff not to soft.

I got mine from www.tirerack.com it was around $200 and was shipped in only like 3 days

Yeah your struts are probably in bad shape. If your spring collapsed, you should get them to cover the strut replacement too.

With that much drop, you will feel the road a lot though. As far as I know, your only options are KYB GR2s or Koni Yellows. The Konis are pretty pricey.

Also, you might want to ignore Doug's "advice." Shipping to .au might make them cost a bit more than $200 (American). wink.gif
