I'm trying to get the deepest "grrrr" sound out of my Celica and I thought I'd start with the exhaust. Problem is I don't know as much as I'd like to about the car so I'll ask you lot... What's the widest exhaust pipe that will fit under a '97' ST?

Well you dont need the widest its pointless unless your doing forced induction/swap. Get a high flow cat/test pipe/resonator whatever you wanna call it, and a magnaflow muffler or something thats not like an N1 or the like and you'll get a nice sound.
