My antenna is broke and it won't come out. I hear the antenna motor when I turn the car off so I know that that's not the problem. I just want to take the antenna out. Does anyone know how to change antenna from the stock metal one to a regular rubber one (shorter and doesn't retract), kinda like the one 95STCELICA has? Also, which kind is the best to use. There is no How-to-article about this and I know other people have similar problems with their antennas. Thanx in advance for any advice and help.

yeah I had the same problem, but mine is stuck out. I'd be happy if it was stuck in, but it looks bad with it out all the time. I dunno how to fix it though

I just authorized CelicaSTX02's how-to article on installing an S2000 antenna on a sixth generation Celica if you guys want to go that route. It looks awesome on his car.

I replaced my attenna, just rip out the old attenna and buy a new electric
one it will come with a new drain hose for it mounting screws and rubber fittings for the outside so you can adjust which direction it goes. |
