I always though that part of the movie was bs (well more so bs then the rest of the movie) it does not take a degree from M.I.T. to use a computer program, and dropping 2 lbs. from the car is not gana get you a better time, why dont they just go on a diet if there so worried about.
and it takes way more then 10k to take that junk yard supra and turn it into that machine. --------------------  |

That line made me laugh considering the amount of stereo equipment visible in the back of Vin Diesel's RX-7 as he pulls up. If you're that worried about weight reduction in a Supra, what's with the club-level system in a piddly-little RX-7?
