I would sue, but theres this stupid law that got passed like 8 or 9 years ago here called like "no fault insurance" and it pretty much means that you cant sue if your in an accident. Up here we dont have lawyers chasing ambulances like some of you guys in the states do. But im looking into it right now. Sometime you can sue for injurys, sometimes for emotional dmg n stuff like that, so we r lookin into it. Im feelin kinda better, neck still hurts like a biatch but i dont have a headache. My gf is duin worse 2day, her necks killin her, shez got a bad headache and she cant look up. So hopefully shez gonna b better soon.

once again..u forget im in canada, we have free health care up here, but i might b able 2 get him to pay for my physio thearapy bills because health care doesnt cover it. There were a few other witnesses, only like 2 or 3 but there were more n kept driving

damn man.... that sucks.. but then the dodge ram could be witness that the explorer's at fault so the explorer would be liable for the damages no? but either way. at least you're alrite, no serious injuries and the celi's able to be repaired. take care.

So i went to the repair shop today and took some pictures. Apparently my cars worth twice as much as i paid. So they are going to track down parts, see how much its gonna cost to repair, punch the numbers and let me know whats going on. He doesnt think its going to be a write off or if its repairable. They are gonna call me later today or on monday tellin me whats going on. So if its a write off im either gonna buy another celi or im gonna buy this nice AE86 near here.

pretty bad..i dunt know if you can really see it but in the second last picture, the sheet metal under the window even buckeled because of the force of impact. And to think, my friend though theres no way me n my girl friend could have gotten a cuncussion from a rear impact collision.
