ok, is putting on a stock spoiler hard? is there a template to use or what? i just bought one and am trying to figure out if it would be better to take it to the shop or do it myself.

I don't think it's hard at all, but if you're not confident with drilling holes in your car, then maybe you should consider taking it to someone who is. =)

Hey man, I still have the holes in my trunk from when I removed the spoiler. I'll try to post some pics so you can at least have an idea of where to drill. As long as it's centered and straight, I don't think you can go wrong...

I have an idea: Put masking tape on the bottom of the spoiler (sticky side on the spoiler) and mark where the holes are with a marker. Set it on your car and measure to get it centered. Without moving the spoiler, flatten the tape, sticky side up, and tape the tape in place. Drill.
