My hood and roof are starting to fade, and I hope to get at least those parts of the car repainted soon (the rest of the car looks good b/c I have always hand washed it often and correctly). I have not seen this yet, but does anyone think a racing stripe down the center of the car would look good (like the Mustang, for example)? Anyone have that? In my case, I would do black. Thanks. biggrin.gif

vipers, vette's, muscle cars.... if your car doesnt fit into that category, dont do it...

definitely no lol, i agree there are only a few kinda cars that can pull it off. i saw a celi in town with racing stripes and it wasnt too pretty...

not on an import. On domestics and British cars they look great, because thats the heritage... they use to have stripes for racing. But Japanese cars did not.

Nah.. I dont think it'll work

In my opinion... I think adding racing stripes to any import car just cheeses the car up...
