I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

If you mean a hole of about 0.5" diameter in the plastic in which vent is mounted - in european versions there is a switch of rear fog lights. As USDM versions do not have rear fogs - it might be it.

If it's euro spec then it's non-continental (RHD). wink.gif
Or maybe JDM.

Just a small picture on this plastic brace as it should be if car is to be driven on the right (in both meanings wink.gif ) side of the street. Sorry for the quality but it's been cut from the bigger picture.

if you look at the inside part of the vent you can see that you can put your Haz Light Button on there if you punch the hole out..

JDM cars do not require a rear fog light (99%sure), but euro celicas do. Euro celicas also have headlight washer jets, JDMs don't. The spot could be for other options on JDMs, but I don't know.

Well, in my club there is about 15 6th gens (all euro spec) and only one has the headlight washers. Anyway, in that hole I have rear fogs' switch.

I also have the Rear Fog switch there. But it does not work anymore since i installed my JDM Tails. Every European car build from 1995 upwards needs a working rear foglight for MOT. So glad my car is from 94. Saves me the hussle swapping back to stock lights before the Yearly Car check.

Traction Controle was an option for Celicas here in Holland. I believe it was introduced in 1996. So when the new front bumper/sideskirts were fitted to the Celica.

Rear fogs when turned on look like stops - same red light intensity so when you drive in the fog and see these lights in front of you - there is a car. With regular rear driving lights you would see them when it is too late. Rear fogs are also excellent for another reason - when on the road I get someone "Fast & Ridiculous" on my tail, really close so it gets dangerous - I turn on the fogs. The car behind is immediately much far behind. biggrin.gif

Kadett - I also have JDM tails and fogs still work. Something wrong with yours? Did you get different harness? I didn't so I have used the one I had in OEMs.
