hey! i was wondering who has done a swap from auto to manual when doing a 3sgte swap, and what problems have occured(since its a necessity) i have a 94 st auto I know know i know...use the search button. tried it, but all i saw was that most of the people who did it had a manual already. i treid all ways to enter it but didnt find much...help!!

You should talk to Dr Tweak, he owns a place called Phoenix Tuning where they do swaps all the time, mostly Toyotas. He does auto to manual conversions all the time with swaps. http://www.phoenixtuning.com/

The auto to manual swap is essentially the same as the how to from the home page, its actually much easier since the engine is allready gonna be out.
Since You are swapping from a 94 st to a 3sgte u are also gonna need new motor mounts. But seriously if you are allready pulling the motor out of a car, swappin from auto to manual is a cakewalk, its just finding the parts really. -FAQ -------------------- AIM : FAQdaWorld
