looks good... give us a mod list and some dyno numbers! do you notice a lot of lag running a large intercooler like that?

Pretty good video (might be the future of my car)

I would like to see the number on that as well, and is that all custum pipe work there are quite a few angels in it that might be blocking a little extra hp.

side note: sorry if it takes a long time to download.

the RPM readings must be off on the dyno, and multiplying the torque.
your not making just over 200 hp and almost 400 ft.lbs. its not a chevy 350 wink.gif
not gonna happen on a 3s...car looks good on the dyno tho.
id ask the operator to have another go at it, with the proper settings.
i was actually just reading a thread over on mr2oc that is basicly the same as this, with everyone wondering why the dyno readings were so off. and the explination came a little later.
good luck, and take more vids! smile.gif

from your profile, it says you have a ct26 turbo 5sfe... there is no way that you an make 393 Lbs of torque with that turbo. like everyone said, there must have been something wrong with the dyno

533 NM. Nope not possible.

A Subaru Impreza WRX STI or Mitsubishi Lancer Evo are stock respectively 343 nm and 355 nm. Both of them have 265 BHP. So somethings wrong.

Is that figure @ wheels or a pure 'guess' as to what the flywheel figure might be?

200whp outta boosting a 5s? Not too bad. Course for the price of boosting a 5s, u could buy an FC T2 and be faster...which is exactly what I'm doing. smile.gif

we are just saying that there must be someting incorrect with the dyno they used. even an upgraded ct26 would not make close to 400lb of torque on a 5sfe at 10psi.

do you know what brand of dyno the shop you went to has?

your setup sounds really nice. you are probably the first person to have a stand alone ecu on a 5sfTe. how long have you had your car turboed for so far?

http://www.mr2oc.com/showthread.php?t=126174

here is a thread on mr2oc from a guy who got similar results on the dyno. i think they figured out that something about those dynos makes the tq readings incorrect.
