What do you mean specs? Are you looking for 0-60, 1/4 mile? Cuz it depends on what car ur looking at, the MR2 turbo is going to be different than the AllTrac/GT4. If you want what it is its a 2.0L Inline 4 with forced induction. 2nd Gen producing 200hp USDM, 225 JDM. 3rd Gen is JDM and has 255. U can get them from any japanese engine importer - just look on yahoo.

6th gen is equipped with FWD. With 3S-GTE it'll be AWD.
Toyota focused much on this engine. So you gotta know it's better than their other engines.
This specialized type of small engine size + 4banger is capable pushing 11s and lesser if serious.

My question to you: What is the % you be going for the power? How will you do it? When? long time or no?

U dont have to make the car AWD when u put the 3sgte in. And to actually do it takes alot of time/money/know-how. They use the 3s in Supra's because of its capability to produce 700+hp and the fact that its light-weight. An HKS FWD Celica pulled 9secs. on the drag, it was once the "fasted FWD car" i dunno bout now tho.

try looking stuff up first...

if you go to the home page then click on Information Database, then click on JDM Engine Specifications you will then find what you are looking for.

or you can click Here

Thanks a lot guys for the info. I'm sorry I am very new to cars and don't quite know what all the parts are/do. So if I ask a lot of n00b questions...please bear with me smile.gif Oh and also....I'm lookin to speed what I make at my job on my car since I am going to college and livin with my parents. I do wanna make the car atleast over 200HP. So far I bought a Greddy Exhaust and a Injen Intake (hopefully to be here on May 1st) After that....I'm not sure what to do. So I was thinking, if this engine is so great...maybe I could try and buy this next and then dump it into my car and trade off my other engine for a few bucks. I have alot of things I need to do to this car, but I bought it with 96k miles on it and interior is perfect condition and the exterior just need a $700 touch up to take all the small dinks and ****. I got it for 5.2k...not too shabby smile.gif Thanks for the help again!

if you are looking for 200 hp don't waste your money on bolt-ons. go directly to a turbo or engine swap. anything else ain't gonna get you there.
