Like the topic says, while at the meet, no one knew exactly how to get the front bumper off. I've tryed before, but it seemed impossible to get to the bolts inside the fender. Can someone tell me where all the bolts are to remove the bumper and the best way to get to them? Thanks.

Remove the guard in the wheel wells and then you can get to those bolts in the fender pretty easy.

There are 3 in the fender the one up by the headlights are hardest to get to. There are 2 rivet things in the mouth of the bumper cover that go up into the support bar, you'll see em they have a metal strip that they are in. Then there are bolts in the top under the hood, then there are bolts underneath that hold the undercar plastic up. Then it should just pop right out.

thanks i finally got it off today. I just couldn't get to those three in the fender... such a pain... I found that it was best to get those from the wheel well though for those who want to take the bumper off in the future.

no worries. but for future reference try adding plus signs to your queries, ie: "+bumper +removal". returned 3 or 4 different topics with good directions wink.gif
