what does it mean when a person says: "the engine is hydro locked or just plain ol siezed?"??? what does this mean? does this mean the engine is bad? can it be fixed? thanks

Yes, it means the engine is bad. The only way around it is a rebuild or a new engine.

If you want to swap to a beams or 3sgte, you may as well do it now. NO point in doing 2 swaps.

To make things easier, I would just put in a new low mileage 5sfe, and turbo it. Or do what I did and rebuild then turbo.
