and jus for kicks and giggles, has neone tried to make their car a GT4 by putting in a 3sgte and AWD, jus wonderin if neones ever tried it..

turbo seems to be the popular answer to this question. What are your goals??? You can make some small gians with an intake header and exaust. But that is not going to get you much for the amount of $$$$

yea it seems exhaust and intake dont do much, i could spend the money on fixin the body and makin it look better (few dings a lil rust) maaco i heard kinda sucks tho, but on the other hand, im definatly gona have project car(sometime), but im debating whether i should make it this or something else, but for the price of the swap i could get a car for as fast if not faster(well a 3sgte neway) i mean this is my first car tho, and i kno its got potential, but if i could jus squeeze a lil more power id be happy,(what about a chip?)

Most chips don't work, especially the eBay intake ones, they're a joke. I'd say turbo, or make your 7A-FE into a 7A-GE with a GE head. I think it was Nik that did a 7A-GE and boosted it.

All of your questions have been answered in detail before. I don't think you could piece together a turbo setup for under $1,000, but maybe you could if you do some research and shop until you find amazing deals. Your best option is to not spend any money right now until you've at least done a fair amount of research. There's all kinds of information on this site and researching and reading it will ensure that you don't waste your money. wink.gif

You could always save it towards a swap.
