OK I found a 94 Celica in Toronto, and it is MINT!!!!!
its an 80 year old man that owns it.

94 GT-S 50,000KM (thats 32250 Miles)
Its never had anyone but him and the mechanic drive it.
There has only been 3 other people sit in the car.
No one has ever sat in the back seats.
He has never used the radio EVER.
The passanger window has been rolled down 4 times in its life.
Never been driven on a gravel road.
The car is yellow, all leather.

I want this car sooo bad... but I don't know what to offer him. He figures he has only used about 12,000 dollars worth of the value of the car.

So if its a 22,000 dollar new then I offer 12,000 ?

The Blue book peged it between 6500 and 8200 CDN + no more then 50% added to it for the low mileage, so thats between $9750 - $13,000.

Whats your guys input?

I'd offer 6 or 7k USD and take it from there. Who else is bidding on it? Don't be too excited, sellers feed off that.

hmm.. im guessing like 6-7 grand. thats a reasonable offer for a car that is 11 years old, regardless of the condition and miles. i paid 5500 for a 1994 GT with 94,000 miles. and the interior couldnt be any more perfect on it.
