wow im irritated- bitching about gas when about a million people in the south have plenly lost , wether it be homes, jobs, ect.... The enconomy is going to take a big hit, if anybody hasnt realized yet, and in all honesty, gas prices her are still way lower than 90% of the rest of the world. Get over it... not only that, but owning a car in europe is WAYYYYY more expensive, long run, then here- esp. the U.K. I'd gladly pay 3.50 a gallon and not have to worry about the economy getting jacked over 10 BILLION in funds going to the south to repair what Katrina messed up... For real, dont go out to dinner those extra 2 times a month- now gas is back to normal... its not like we can control gas prices anyway... I hate how people just dont get the bigger picture. No, it's NEVER is going to go back down, so adjust while you can, people....

You know what really sucks? I have to come home to this. And, in Iraq you can fill an entire tank of gas for ONE American dollar. That's the blackmarket price, too, which raises it 6 times. Rediculous? I think so.

If they leave thats going to lower the average income and put this area in an even worse finicial state. Guess I need to finish school and start looking for a job elsewhere. Birmingham Alabama is nice.... |
