Who would become president first, woman or non white male? Options

It's going to be a long time before a woman is in office. I'm actually involved in a study to prove that even most women think men are better and more competent.

EDIT: Sorry for the misspelling, I forgot to run spell check again. Just because I can't spell it, doesn't mean I don't know what it means. <- Confusing grammar, but message in there somewhere. Bow down to my awesome linguistic skills, or lack there of.

thats a tough call ... but i would have to say a .... damn i don't see it happening.. i really don't think it will happen while i'm still alive ...this country is so messed up... and some ways of thinking are so inbeded into our minds that a women or non whit man in office will be something none of us on this site will get to see

Actually... I'm pretty sure if Hilary Clinton were to run in 2008 (which she is probably gonna do)... she'd rally up very strong Democratic support... and can possibly win.

I wish rudy giuliani would get the republican ticket... but it won't happen because what he did to his wife.

I'd vote powell over bush or kerry, or bill n' hill.

I'd vote for Powell, too, but I heard last year that he's foreign born. Is that true? I heard he was born in a Caribbean country. Unless it was Puerto Rico, I guess he'd be ineligible.

Edit: Just looked it up. His parents were from Jamaica, but he was born in New York City.

If hilary were to run for office, i would vote for her in a blink of an eye.

But based on the politics of our government, i seriously doubt a women will get into office before a non-white male. Look at our history, blacks got there rights before females did.

I could never live with myself if I voted for clinton... she is a classical magic pollitician. She wants you to watch one hand why she gets you with the other.

notice, ever since she decided to try and make a presidential run she has been moving towards the center. She has been involved in all the underhanded tactics and enterprises of bill.

kkk hicks? Honestly now, there are more people in my college than there are 'KKK hicks so don't stereotype. Find a decent person to run for president and I will vote for him OR her. I could really care less. the only reason I would second guess having a female president is that some other countries might take such a thing as a sign of weakness.

But honestly, lets not stereotype. I have not seen many people other than white males that I would vote for in a presidential election. The top female right now is clinton... whom I do not think is honest, and the top non-white male is who? Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson? Honestly guys...

I'm not being racist or sexist, but I am not going to cast my vote for someone unless I feel they are equiped for the job.

(I really can't say much though... I feel our last great president was T.R.)

i dont think there ever has been a woman president, dictator, etc in the history of the world. so i just cant see that heppening anytime soon. not to mention that the president has to deal with a lot of counties that still look down on women in their society.
