if your only reading 15inmg then you have a vac leak
it should be 18-22inhg.

if you are having engine problems and something is wrong.... the absolute stupidest thing you can ever do is add MORE boost...

map sensor line ( dont split off)

now the only problem is the intercooler piping. the clamps keep comming loose from the boost and the rubber piece that connects the turbo to the 1st part of the intercooler piping keeps coming off and its a pain in the A$$ to get to.

i had that problem 'til i replaced all my clamps with the super dedooper heavy duty plumbing clamps from home depot. biggrin.gif freakin' things are super strong!!! no probs boosting to 9psi now. the ones found on ebay are weak as hell thats why my old ones kept coming loose whenever i boosted.

i recommend some good T-bolt clamps from a reputable source like hightempsilicone.com or turbohoses.com or one of them places.
ive been using those since i started my turbo project, and havent had one loose connection yet! smile.gif

its not really a matter of how much boost you run. my cheap clamps let go on me in the middle of the highway, last year. i had to pull over, and try to couple them together right next to a hot downpipe with limited space to work...not fun. get the tbolts as soon as u can. ive had mine for over a year and they never let go.
