agreed and almost did except their lease payment was a little nuts (300/month) compared to the 160/month for my cobalt. -------------------- Believer, you'll leave her, in leaving them all No but I don't buy it Like anything you do, as anyone you are Cause I'm... tC's are badass. My brother has one and my mom is about to buy one too. My mom's the ****. I love the tC. Around here, for the most part, the tC's are driven by real hot chicks with rich parents. thumbs up for that.

for 17 G they are VERY hard to beat in terms of equippment, performance, and image. I like everything about them, but it dosent drive as sporty as it looks...

I like how somebody mentioned money. For whatever reason import cars are getting awfully expensive. For example to buy the new fully loaded eclipse with ports package would cost you just under 30K. NOw what the hell is that? A Supra costs that much.. a Supra
I believe if they are making a car geared towards the YOUNG community they need to keep it cheaper. Look at sion... tc is now what.. 15K give or take.. but it is not a sports car.... all it needs is a better engine and a different set of tail lights... I would buy it then. -------------------- Captain Pessimist

All I need to know about the tC.
"Speaking of the Lexus IS, the tC is nearly as quick as its 215-hp luxury cousin. The sporty Scion scoots from 0 to 60 in 7.4 seconds and through the quarter-mile in 15.7 seconds at 88 mph, only 0.1 and 0.2 second, respectively, behind the IS." - Car and Driver Oh and this "Against its natural rivals, the tC is equally competitive. To 60, it is quicker than the Civic Si (8.0) and the Mini Cooper (8.3). It's even with the Mazda 3 s and just 0.4 slower than the supercharged Cooper S, which is the only one of the group to outgun the tC to the quarter-mile, nipping it by 0.2 second. And remember, the blown Mini starts at $20,449." - Car and Driver This post has been edited by darksecret: Sep 20, 2005 - 3:15 PM |
