I know it's worth it
i've just been told that import is still to be paid but that still makes it about 16 k just do a bigger bank  then i can have a black and a white 4

Thats some kind of a marketing trick.
A car like that costs at least $10.5k of an auction in japan. Add $4.5k customs for a less than 7 year old car or $8.5k for more than 7, and you already have $15k. Add shipping and stuff and you get at least $17k. Thats where the real prices start for a low milage gt-four. Don't belive everything that you see
