ok, so i took my 7afTe to get dynoed today and was VERY unhappy with the results. at 8PSI it pulled a 93.5HP and 97.7Ft-lbs torque. thats less then stock!!! i have no clue what is wrong with my car. its def getting boost too because from 3-5 k u can feel it pull and then letting off the gas the BOV goes off. so i Have no clue what is wrong. if u have any idea whats goin on let me know. right now iam goin out to look at SRT-4s cuz i want a second car, this car just aint doin it for me.

THERE IS NO WAY YOU SHOULD BE MAKING THAT LITTLE POWER ON 8 LBS ok first check all connectors then check the pipe right below the turbo it has a little metal nipple make sure there is a rubber cap on it. i just dont understand something is wrong i dyno tested that hole kit kit 3 times and 3 runs each time take detailed pictures of everything also check to make sure all the bolts on the turbo housing are tight edit: those numbers should be your stock whp almost seems like a pipe might be loose between the intercooler to the TB or a massive boost leak recheck the everything from manifold bolts to vacum line connection can you put up the DYNO chart so i can look at it I mean at only 4.5 psi i made 126.95 whp and 162.03 torque This post has been edited by nik: Sep 16, 2005 - 1:04 PM -------------------- yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte

As long as it's installed right it will work. i replaced the wires and brought it to the track and at 8psi ran a pathetic 17.770 so the car seems like it is still around 90 HP
Edit: my second run was a 22.8 cuz my car wouldnt shift into 3rd gear on the automatic and it started to miss fire. ended up that a spark plug wire was loose but the car still seems the same. i even cloged the hole one the IC piping. Still have no clue whats goin on This post has been edited by StreetRacing10PSI: Sep 16, 2005 - 11:31 PM |
