not damaging the car 1 bit.
the ball is the only thing touching. the kit is stilll about 2 inches off the ground. people say its stupid and causes damage to my car. does running a turbo on a non-turboed car cause damages? running NOs on a car cause damage? driving a car harder then its suppose to on a track? what im doing isn't any different then the mini truckers. is it just cause its an import and imports aren't suppose to drag? i like to do it, its fun as hell. -------------------- Jared Harwell

turbos and driving are worn parts....easy fix normally....
now i can tell you that goin 20 mph+ with a ball welded to your frame slamming into the ground isn't helping your frame at all or what you welded it to......lets just calculate the forces lets say 20mph, 1000lbs (to be generously light), coefficient of friction, area of 1 sqr inch.....do the math that force on that 1 spot is very large |
