ok...so now im about the put my projectors that i just received...the low beams seem to have already the little rubber sealing installed all around but the high dont have them....Am i supposed to use the seals from the stock highs?
also...are those rubber need to be glued to the lense or the bumper will be enough to hold it in place? TIA This post has been edited by HaRv3sTeR: Oct 15, 2005 - 11:59 AM |

they don't seal to the high beam.
they seal on the bumper itself. i used a lil silicon to keep mine on. -------------------- Jared Harwell

[Do] those rubber [seals] need to be glued to the lense or the bumper will be enough to hold it in place? TIA Yes. Not necessarily, but its a good idea. I would "spot" glue them with good silicone so that they can be removed if necessary. -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |
