its hard to tell what plug that is or where it goes from that pic.... but just so you know, there are about 2 or 3 plugs from the 3s harness that we leave disonnected.

the vac line in that 2nd pic, that comes from the top of the throttle body.... connects to the charcole canister.

the brass stub blow is is part up the AC idle up. you should be able to just cap that. it normally goes to this round spring loaded screw type thing and then to the idle up valve. i still have mine in there (not the idel up valve tho) but you should be fine just caping that off and not using it.

Ok last thing that I can't figure out, everything else I think is hooked up.

This is on the passenger side underneath the intake manifold there are 2 vacuum lines that come straight down I'm not really sure where they go this is the best pic I could get. They are right above where the power steering pump would be.

i cant see them at all in that pic, but it sounds like you are talking about the two vac lines that hook up to a power steering pump.

did you buy a clip for your swap ?

Yea but I didn't take my engine out or the clip engine out, thats a long story, and that is why I don't know where anything goes.

I temporarily took of my power steering pump so you are probably right on that.
