remember, you get what you pay for. cheap out now, and end up paying more later when you get a crappy motor.

Just because you buy a motor from a cheaper place doesn't mean it's going to be bad. I got my motor from a very cheap place...the first one was dead so they sent me another and I got to keep the dead one for parts. But the second one is awesome...very strong and reliable...I beat on it and it takes it all day long.

that was probably just a cut & paste that wasn't edited. best bet is to call them to ask. remember that they have to keep track of every detail of every motor they have so give them a break. maybe just ask for a guy that knows his toyota motors.

sounds like you got lucky with a place that was honest... but the fact that you got a blown motor the 1st time around is a bad sign. its really a pain in the ass to try to return a clip

I agree with Art. Most places would have left you high and dry.

That's when I'd cancel the charges to my credit card and start reporting to the BBB.

DO NOT BUY from JSpec. i WAS going to buy my motor from them and thank god i didnt. look up the reviews about jspecauto on google or yahoo or whatever and ull just get all the negative feedbacks about 'em. and also i gave 'em the benefit of the doubt and called 'em. not very helpful OR knowledgable.
