QUOTE(Dr_Tweak @ Oct 11, 2005 - 3:56 AM) Great, just great. Now I'M hungry! same here, im more of a pb&j and mac/cheese kind of guy when it comes to cooking. im also good with frozen dinners ![]() -------------------- ![]() I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. |

Today's special consists of grilled chicken breast strips glazed with our famous blend of chicken au jus and robust vegetable broth and smothered in a delightfully prepared mix of roasted bell peppers, cucumber, and peach. Garnished with thyme, this signature entree has quickly become a favorite amongst the regulars.
so what do u call ur masterpiece?? edit: im just pulling ingredients outta my ass. it could be tomatoes. i gave up on the yellow stuff and guessed peach, hahahaha. i have no freakin clue what the garnish is. too fine to be cilantro, they kinda look like broccoli bits. ![]() This post has been edited by forkee: Oct 12, 2005 - 11:38 PM -------------------- ![]() |

wow, i was pretty close
![]() 3rd plate looks delicious. u put too much damn sesame seeds tho. put some mashed potatoes underneath the beef. try chives instead of the onion or top with sliced sweet maui onion fried in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder. garnish with a thyme sprig right down the middle, charge $20 bucks, and call it a day. =D -------------------- ![]() |
