It's possible, but they are trying to save you a little embarrassment. It's an ST Celica for crying out loud. Duals?

He asked who has them, not what you think of it.

Playr158 (Dan) has duals on his celica. And before doGGy modified Edo's car it had the sickest dual exhaust setup I've seen...

PlZ, PLZ, its a 4 Cyl. Unless you got a V6 engine don't even put on two exhaust. I laugh at those honda boys who put two exhaust on there 4 cylinders. I laugh even harder when they only got one that is connected to the exhaust setup, and have the otehr one take up space in there bodykits.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

Make that a 2.25 inch, and your set, man. There's a bunch of posts on what the best size for the 1.8l and the 2.2l.

Should be easy enough. I know of a few ST202s running twin pipes.

I run a big single. Less mass. More speed.

Blitz Spec NUR Exhaust, somewhere over $1000
Needing another one 18000 miles later, bloody annoying.

Listen to Mr E.

This is a double post:

Any dual exhaust will have twice the noise as a single. Quad exhaust, twice that noise. You are literally doubling the amount of exit points for the noise each time.

While a noise increase is certainly the result of removing the cat, etc, thats not the primary reason for the noise.

Also, because of the imperfect nature of the world, it is impossible to actually get the same performance out of a dual pipe that you would out of a single- no matter how equal it looks on paper.

This issue has been debated until the rocks have turned into sand. The only time dual exhaust is not detrimental is when you're using each pipe for different cylinders, like the dual exhaust for some cars from the factory, or a Mugen exhaust (I forget which car it was for), or when your engine is full of so much hot as to make Playr look mild by comparison.

Coming from a single pipe and then splitting will always result in performance losses over a big pipe. Of course, what pipe size is right for you? I'm not getting into gas scavenging in this post.
