It took me about 2 weeks total to do the wiring harness. (actual work time).
I had to source out all the wiring diagrams. (waiting for data, info and new parts- about 8 months). Now that I look back, I would say that on a scale of 1 to 10 this swap is about a 3 or 4. Mechanically identical, everything bolts up. Had I known then what I know now, it would have taken me about 2 to 3 weeks total time. Not much changes in the harness, most time was spent rerouting the harness to the passengers side. It's not hard, just time consuming. -------------------- 1994 GT-S (BEAMS) swap complete |

First one to give me a deposit gets it, I've talk to too many people that drop me down...
Here how it works: You give me a 10%(of 2700) deposit through paypal(+ 4% paypal fees(=total 280$) OR 5$ if paypal echeck, (=total 275$)). I give you a month to give me the rest of the money. If after one month you still haven't paid the remaining, you either lose your deposit or pay a $50usd/per week warehouse fee. I will not sell it to anyone else unless you tell me you don'T take it. If you want more info about sending a paypal echeck, let me know. My paypal is craynauld@hotmail.com, just post here after the deposit is sent(at worst I'll refund the later bid if i get 2 payments) Thanks Christian you can email me at craynauld@videotron.ca This post has been edited by rascaca: Dec 21, 2006 - 12:25 AM |

the beams is a pretty solid motor, if you're considering doing a swap in to a GT this is a very, very good replacement.
i'd buy it if i had a GT and some extra cash lying around, good luck with your sale. |
