Hello everyone @ 6GC, I have been working so hard for the company that I have been working for since I was 20 years of age. Well my cousin is the CEO of the company but his always been just a a**hole to me since I got there "That Bit** A** Mother Eh Eh". Well today he came to me & told me I got a raise to be COO with a company car. Which brings me to pick out a car which is $40k ~ $45K, If you guys had to choose which car would you buy ?

Yes indeed .... I have considered Lexus IS350 on my mind but yet I hate dealing with 1st year production cars. At 2001 I bought a Acura CL Type S with Comptech header, air intake, exhaust, & lowering spring. At 34,000 miles transmission got jack (Got repaired with warranty), At 52,000 miles it got jack again (Got it repaired again with warranty), & for the damn 3rd time it got blown again at 59,000 miles (Had to report it as lemon). At 2003 bought a brand new Nissan 350z track model & Infiniti G35 4 door, With 350z had bunch of problems (Window oil leaking, wheel alignment messing up, brake going out at 5,000 miles). With Infiniti G35 I guess it was just wheel alignment messing up. So basically has to be something that I won't waste my time fixing.

out of the choices above, i would go with the GS. Not only will you stay with the toyota family, but i think its the best looking out of the choices.

Also, everyone is saying the IS350. Yes it has 300hp over the IS250's 200hp, but the 6-speed manual only comes in the IS250. I cant say for others, but i would rather have the control over the power. The power can be addressed easier than the 6-speed trans.

company cars are tight. my dad gets one every 4 years. He had a 93 taurus (back in 93) 97 taurus, 2000 impala, and now a 2005 solara and then next time around he will probably get a beamer! his company never allows their employees to get a black car though! kinda sucks :-( but they want them to always look clean and black is very hard to keep clean!

i say get an infiniti and then put a suit on - ooh so hot

definetly stay away from the G. from your previous cars you're obviously looking for something thats fun to drive. from everything I've read about the G, because of all the electronics on it, its a bore to drive.

in the 45k range I'd go for the M. luxury, power, nice looking .. the total package

also thanks for the kind words about my car smile.gif

LOL thanks everyone for your suggestions, we came out with a decision that I am going to get a Infiniti FX 45. As of having fun yes I do want to go whip out a Supra TT but yet it's a company car which would represent me where ever it takes meetings & all other BS.
For now Infiniti FX 45 seems very reasonable to get with New York's soon to come crazy weather. I will be ordering the on this Friday "so happy" I will be ordering Infiniti FX 45 in :

Hmm. If you're gonna get an SUV like that, that is a good choice. So is the Lexus RX400H
