Okay Ladies and Gents, I'm approaching my one year anniversary very soon with my lovely girlfriend. I know, it may not seem like a big deal to you guys and gals, but it is to me. I need to think of something mind-blowing to do.

Post your ideas please. Any help is appreciated! biggrin.gif

make her dinner, with candles... etc. then do what she likes doing best (i'm sure you know what that is already). whatever it is... going for a walk, watching a movie, etc.... make it an evening where it shows that you're focused on her wants & needs, and that you love being with her. smile.gif

Congrats! Im also coming up to my one year anniversary with my boyfriend... But thats in 2 months...

I like her idea ^^^ Its sweet and romantic biggrin.gif

I think this would also be a good idea... Go out to your two's favorite resturant, have an eveing out on the town doing what you two both love doing together, and... Aww this would be so cool! While you two are out, have one of your close buddies, (doesnt havta be a buddy I guess... But it would defintely help! To set up the stuff while your gone) set up a buncha candles around the room, have the room dimmly lit... And have a real nice bouquet of roses in the middle of a cluster of candles, make sure she hasnt been in the room before you guys leave (so she doesnt get suspicious of the surprises, but thats not likely), and make sure that your buddy isnt caught in the act (That would ruin it prolly)... So that when you two come home, she will be surprised! And then when she couldnt be more surprised and happy with this, you give her a really nice peice of jewlery... Something along the lines of a really nice gold/sliver necklace (It could be worn eveyday type of necklace) Then you let her know really how much she means to you, and how it has been the best year ever... And anything else you wanna add... tongue.gif

Its a crazy idea but I think thatd be really cool! LOL I know I'd love it if somethig like that happend to me... Girls love surprises like that tongue.gif

yeah, like the other day i jokingly said to my fiance that he should make me a "pretty" supper... what do you know, i come to his place after work that day, the basement is beautiful. he put a black table cloth on the table, went to the store and bought these really nice black plates, wine glasses, and lots of candles, and then he made me homemade pizza, and salad! haha.. not necessarily a fancy meal, but for someone who NEVER touches the kitchen, and did this all himself, i was very impressed smile.gif

I took my girlfriend out to eat at her favorite resteraunt. Then I took her to the mall. We walked in the jewelry store because she looks at these rings everytime we go to the mall. So when she walked in this time I told her to try a certain one on (which I had already bought) she put it on and I said do you like it? When she said yes I said well its yours. She loved it. She wears it everyday to this day. We are about to hit two years in december.
