I've done everything with my knowledge to try to make this work. I'm connecting an ST205 cluster to my AT200 harness. The way it is now, everything works except the fuel gauge, water temp gauge, and the illumination. Please keep you "why are you doing this anyway? comments to yourself because i need help urgently and i dont want to clutter the post up with that.

I've looked over the Australian and European EWDs at celicatech and the EWD of the 94-95 AT200. The AT200 seems about right BUT the ST205... None of them match the one I have. For example, both Australian and Euro versions of the ST205 don't include the seatbelt and airbag lights and I have them on my ST205 cluster.

So I figured I post a picture of the cluster's circuits. I don't care if the boost gauge works or not. All it'll show me now is vacuum. lol. so it's not something I'm worried about yet. I just want everything connected correctly. If someone can show me what connects to what then I would GREATLY appreciate it. im in urgent need of this as i dont feel right driving my car without the cluster... lol. thanks in advance.

From now on, do you think you can just bump this thread? I can merge all ten or whatever threads together so all the info is in one place.

Probably, plugs need to be rewired. Check diagrams

Damn, I didn't think anyone would notice. Lol. J/K. Yeah, I'll go ahead and bump this one thread. I just figure I'd make a new one since the others are sooo long and that way everyone could see this info.

Yeah, I checked the diagrams. The obd1 at200 diagrams are about correct but the st205 that i have doesn't match the european or australian diagrams. thats why i was hoping someone that knows electronics around here could maybe tell me what connects to what just by looking at the picture. i know it's a little time consuming but i'm willing to pay whoever tells me how to connect this and make it work because i need it urgently. thanks in advance for the reply. that's exactly what im doing, I cut the plugs off the at200 harness that go into the at200 cluster and used the plugs i have from the st205 with about a foot of wiring from the st205 harness and im hooking those wires to the at200 harness wires.

Before i give the pin information I'm going to make sure a few things are known:

1. You will not have a cruise control indicator.
2. You will not have an overdrive off indicator.
3. Wire A13 from the AT200 will not plug into anything which simply means your brake light won't come on when you're starting the car.
4. Rear foglights indicator will not be used for obvious reasons.
5. I have no idea what the indicator is below the rear foglight indicator and therefore will not be used.
6. There are diodes in the rear foglight and mystery indicator circuits. You don't need to worry about them. No need to put bulbs in their sockets either.
7. B13 on the ST205 combo meter will be directly connected to the MAP sensor from an ST205.
8. For the sake of simplicity, from here on out, both AT200 and ST205 connectors will use this scheme (as per USDM BGB):
A = 13 pin
B = 16 pin
C = 10 pin

Wires in the column labeled ST204/AT200 will need to be connected to the plug in the column labeled ST205.

"B13 on the ST205 combo meter will be directly connected to the MAP sensor from an ST205."

Nothing will happen if I just leave that wire covered, right? I don't have an ST205 MAP sensor.

And... BAM. PERFECT! It works 100% I just want to extend a HUGE THANK YOU over to Kansas. Lol. Justin, thanks for ALL your help. You've been helping me on this since the beginning. I'm one happy ass guy right now. This has to have been the looongest project I've done. Lol. At first I was like, ****, everything works except the fuel gauge! but it just took a while for it to go up. But yeah, everything's good. Thanks a million and now we have this documentation in case anyone ever has to do this for whatever reason. Now onto making the boost gauge work. Lol. J/K. Not yet. Eventually when the turbo goes in, I'll work on that(so don't get lost Wannabe. Hehe). Shouldn't be too hard. AT200-ST205 Cluster Conversion: COMPLETE!

That's great news. I'm very happy that it worked. It made me feel warm and tingly inside when I read that it works 100%.
