You will need a heat exchanger and appropriate piping.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

Pump
IC Radiator
Lines
Intercooler

You can manufacture the lines, you can even get a different pump which is stronger. If you are using your car year 'round, get a mix of antifreeze and water, of if you love toyota you can pay for their red mix.

Ok well 16290 is the pump, and do a search about that on MR2oc and Alltrac.net they'll have info for you. The rest I basically spelled out for you.

just out of curiosity, are you putting it on your daily driver? I ask because I read that for it to work best you have to change out the water pretty often, but of course, that's only what I read. I know the purpose of an air to water and some details but I haven't really gone in deep review of them so this is why I ask. smile.gif

Eh?

1) Runs the same coolant as the main rad uses
2) I change mine with the rest of the fluids about once every 24 months.

It basically works like your coolant system except more simple. Water goes thru IC radiator, cools, just like your reg. radiator, then goes up to your intercooler where the cool water which is a better heat conductor than air, cools the pressurized air from the turbo.

I guess what I read about was an aftermarket intercooler. I have no idea, I'll just have to find the article again to be sure.
