sounds like my ex..2days after she got her g2(first permit your allowed to drive by ur self with in canada), he parents took her out car shopping, could buy what ever she wanted that they would approve of, she was gonna buy a brand new STI, but she doesnt know how 2 drive stick, either do her rents, so they end up buyin her a fully loaded RSX permium with leather interior, the boss sound system upgrade and areo kit, for her 17th b-day...you know what i bought for my 18th? out of my own $500, a 87 supra that was auto box n the biggest **** box ever. drove it for 2 months b4 it crapped out on me, then bought my celica 3 months l8er.

I think n e one whos parents buy somethin like a brand new car or an apartment or w/e is spoiled, like thats 2 much money 2 b given to some one who is that young. I think thouse people take money for grantit. My ex stole her mom's credit card and put $600 of clothes onto it, and her mom grounded her for 3 days, didnt make her pay it back. Its rediculus.

EDIT: studing in canada eh?, where abouts are u?

haha spoiled or not I dont disagree at all when my dad buys me things. My dad bought my car for me. All mods are paid for by me though. My dad bought my laptop for college. My dad also helped me buy my jet ski. Which cost more than my car haha. I also play college baseball and my dad just bought me a 250 dollar glove. I love my daddy! My kids will be even more spoiled than me.

Okay, I am very spoiled and I don't take anything my parents buy me for granted. My parents did buy me my car. They also have helped pay for some of the repairs I have had to make on it. They also help my fiance and I pay rent. This is all provided that I go to school and make good grades. And I will probably regret saying this, but they also bought my fiance a car because he did not have one. It wasn't new or anything, but it was a car. $1900.

The only things I pay are my credit card bills ($10k debt), my part of the rent, and all the cable, electricity, etc for our apartment.

With all that they help me with I still have trouble paying for everything at the end of each month.

Bash me all you want, I brought it on myself. Yes, my parents work hard for their money. I never ask them for anything, everything they pay for is up to them. They almost refuse for me to help pay for things sometimes. I don't take anything for granted. I know that I would help my kids out the same way they have helped me out.

A friend of mine's parents bought her a brand new 05 Corolla this summer. She said her parents wanted her to have side curtain airbags. I told my dad this, and he said, "Son, you wreck your car, you're **** out of luck."

I guess you might say I'm spoiled, my parents help me along, but they're really fair. My parents gave my sister an '88 Corolla a few years back, and paid the insurance while she went through high school, and part of college. Unfortunately, my parents sold the car because she was smoking weed in it lol (and it's a shame, because the only non-maintence things we did to that car was exhaust and an alternator.) My parents gave me the option of buying me a car that was worth $1000, and paying the insurance, or giving me $1000 towards a car of my choice, and paying the equivilent insurance to a '92 Corolla. I pay for all gas, repairs and mods.

hey, nice mod does it come in hetero?

this is my ex's RSX, she apparently got cut off by a truck(shez also a crappy driver, so im guessin she was goin way 2 fast comin up beside a truck who didnt see her switch lanes, shez a weaver), any ways, she wrecks it, year n a half old RSX that was fully loaded. She crashes it, recovers and her parents take her car shopping again. Her parents bought her a brand new 2005 Lancer back in the summer. If i crashed my car, my parents wouldnt let me drive again.

my parents would be pissed off my car has insurance but I have to pay back all the money owing on the car they bought it for me and I have to pay the car back. Some people piss me off especially ones that do not save up for a car or don't work for it and get it given to them for free without paying a cent.
