OK, this might've been covered somewhere but i just can't seem to find it anywhere.
I am currently looking at getting some Gram Lights 57s for my baby, They are 17x7.5 with +48 MM offset. Now the tires i am looking at are Yokohama Avid H4S tires which are 215/40HR/17 tires I have all stock suspension, and for the most part those tires with those wheels are just shy of the exact same diameter as my current steelys are with their tires. Does anyone know if having that much offset combined with the 7.5s would cause any rubbing against any suspension component or fender ect? or am i pretty much safe in the limits of the vehicle? I appreciate it much. Gtalmond. This post has been edited by GTAlmond: Oct 28, 2005 - 3:05 PM |

i'd suggest getting a 35mm offset they will sit MUCH better on the car...
i have 18x7.5 or 18x8 ( i forget) with a 35mm offset and they are perfect a 48mm off set is too tucked in |
