I need to check my wiper fluid pump because my wipers no longer work. What's the best way to get to it? Take off the front quarter panel? Come in from the bottom of the wheel well?

if your wipers don't work, it won't be a problem with the fluid pump

Its located right next to the plastic cover on your passengers side. You need to take off the plastic covers under your fender and its a little black thingy attached to the windshield reservoir. Replace that. Are you sure you didn't blow a fuse or something or need to poke at the holes in the sprayer?
