Does anyone know who makes this Splitter? I am sure its a universal one. But if anyone knows a website where I can get it to go with that body kit i'd appreciate it.

They're made from [VIS] which the splitter is not only made for Celica, the splitter your wanting is more like an universal part. This site below will bring you there ..
