Chances are, if you dont' already know how to do it, you should take it to the shop and let them do it so that nothing gets messed up

take it to a shop and have it done, you dont want it looking like crap. and your gana need more then paint to put it on, clear, primer probably, sealer, etc.

and you gata know how to take the bumper off and make that one fit on, there not direct bult on bumpers or anything.

yummy... you must have a 3s-ge or something ... since you say 2.0. But, yeah... I would take it to the pro's and get it done, because you dont want to take the chance of making it look like crap biggrin.gif

the hard part is finding pros who wont rip you off, down where i live the prices range anywhere from 400 to 2000 for a kit. Hard to tell the difference in a good company and a bad company. goodluck with the kit though.

Good Luck smile.gif

I have a convertible (which basically has the same body as a GT coupe) and I decided that me and my dad were gonna just put the kit on ourselves, it was A LOT of hard work... First of all, you do know that most kits ya find out there are meant for hatchbacks right? This doesnt mean that the kit wont fit your car, your just gonna havta do "Slight Modification" as what most sites tell you... Yeah... Slight modification my ass... rolleyes.gif

Now Im not positive on exactly how an invader kit would fit, but I know with my kit... The back bumper did not fit at all cuz coupes and convertibles have bigger butts than the hatchbacks... The front for some reason was a lil too long so i had to shorten that up like 2 inches.. Basically the only thing that fitted just fine, was the sideskirts...

But like I said, i dont exactly know how the Invader kit works cuz its basically replacing all the bumpers it seems like...right? Mine 's not like that i got to keep all my bumpers on...

But just an FYI... Th kit could possibly not fit cuz you have a coupe... The body is slightly bigger than a Hatchback... And if that is the case, you should prolly send to a shop so they can customize it to fit... No offense to ya or anything, but it seems like you dont really have a general idea of how the kits gonna be mounted... have a profeesional do it, it will turn out very pretty wink.gif

But hopefully, the kit not fitting your coupe will be a problem... Because its a real pain in the butt to make it fit... Just letting you know this culd e a possibilty...

$400 per bumper will be cheaper than replacing the kit if things go wrong...sorry but I think it would be a better idea to get it fitted professionally, it will be worth it in the long run.
