Easy answer.

a 2000-2002 Audi S4. Four Doors, AWD, and a twin turbo V6. Cranks out 250bhp. You can find one for 20-30k. The 2004s and up have V8's, which are more potent out of the box, but aren't very upgradable. The twin turbo V6 can easily handle 500bhp on the stock block with upgraded fuel delivery and better turbos.

Drawbacks--insurance, upgrades are expensive, and expensive to fix if it breaks.

Or get an AMC Eagle.

yea but its ugly as sin.. plus its going to be abused. . def not worth it problems.. u cant go froma sleek car like the celica to a crappy ass a4 , no matter how fast it is. lol

if you are willing to spend 40K ona new vehicle.. just get your butt to florida and buy the 95 gt-4 in mint condition. upgrade the hell out of it and you got a car that is better than evo

look at where im from... I live in florida... where is this "gt-4" for sale here? The black GT-4 conversion u mean? Because if thats what your talking about I've seen it a few times, but its not for me. I wouldnt mind a stock gt-4 tho.

02 Audi s4 is hot, esspecailly with RS4 upgrade.

but with 40k u can easly find a 2000-2002 Porsche 4s now this would be my choice.

i say grab the 350z track edition. I was THIS close to grabbing one for 25k with only 10k miles on it! test drove it and everything...its freakin wonderful. comes with the forged track edition rims and everything...oh man GO FOR IT! that is...ONLY if u dont wunna go for the awwww'mighty celica GT4!

i love that GT-4 except for the exhaust on it, u see how big the muffler is? hmmm.... they also have skylines. And all these cars are legally registered and are able to be driven on U.S. soil?

I have a 30K loan from bank of america but for whatever fing reason they wont let me use it for anything but college. otherwise i would be the first one to fly to FL and buy that baby
