My friend just swapped in a 4afe engine into his corolla and the origonal intake manifold off the JDM engine he bought has the EGR blocked off and should make a lil more power and my question is will it fit on my 7a??

I thought the 4AFE was crappier than the 7A. Now, if you meant 4AGE then thats something different. PM Nik and ask.

Short answer... No. Peak performance is measured mainly at WOT... EGR is closed at WOT and is non-functional.
