I was going to paint my rims today and some feed back would be great, and also could i go to a toyota delearship and order the little caps for my stock alloys? All 4 of my wheels are missing them.

What color should i go with?
And also should i get a base color then a top one?

Your car is red, so I think you should go with bronze. Go buy some dupli-color wheel paint. My buddy painted his on a black civic. It looks really good. I think it would look great with your car too.

i painted mine bronze, you wanna get wheel paint, and wheel clear... do about 3-5 coats of paint, and 2-4 of clear. smile.gif

i have a red 95 and i painted mine gunmetal... they turned out really nice. user posted image
I just did a layer of dark primer, several layers of paint...then a ****ton of clear coat. They are holding up nicely too.
