has anybody used the venom 400 computer module for there car, i see it as a piggy back system that basically changes the air and fuel mixture when hitting the gas pedal, can i have feed back on it. i read the feedback on other cars and they were all positive, i just wanted to hear from someone that has it on our cars? thanks

People have asked this question many times but it seems that there are never replies that are solid I would like to know more about this as well from people who actually have used it or currently have it installed.

it would be interesting cause reading it is sounding sweet but i know that it wouldn't be as sweet as hearing it from someone with it installed, damn anyone with reply, its a good question and too me it is a sweet deal? i believe that it really controls the air and fuel mixture instead of any other system just dumping more fuel into it. but will see. if nobody actually has it in their car i will consult other people about what they think about it, and maybe just maybe actually purchase it, install it and let you guys get the feedback about it.

from what i remembered, the venon system doessn't actually adjust fuel ratio. It just tricks the computer to think your full throttle during agressive driving. So there is no hp increase what so ever. It does make an auto trann down shift quicker.

You need to search, it's been covered many times before by myself and other members.

the venom 400 does one thing, and thats make your car run richer durring high throttle. Whether that adds hp or not depends on the car and how its already tuned. for me, i felt a small increase in higher rmps, but never tested it on a dyno. pay the extra for an safc ii and tune.

Edit: and no, the venom 400 is not a piggyback system. If you want piggyback look at emanage or similar systems.
